Every piece is inspected and graded by hand. Here is exactly what each grade means.

New With Tags

Unworn with original tags attached. Exactly as it left the boutique.

Unworn, tags removed. May have been tried on or displayed in store.

Worn once or twice with no visible signs of wear. Indistinguishable from new to the eye.

Gently worn with only minor signs of use, always described in the listing's condition notes.

Visibly worn but structurally sound and beautiful. Flaws are photographed and described.
